On a personal note, I grew up in Merrimac, MA, and graduated from Pentucket Regional High School in West Newbury, MA. I then moved to Groveland shortly after when I got married. After 8 years of marriage, we separated and I relocated with my two daughters to Dracut, MA for a brief time where I took the real estate exam in 1985. This was shortly before my youngest daughter was to start school and due to school programs that were more beneficial at the time, I purchased a home in Chelmsford, where I brought my daughters up until my oldest graduated from UMASS Lowell with a degree in business finance and my youngest graduated from Chelmsford High and then the Salter School, as a medical assistant. Now they are both married and have blessed me with three wonderful grandchildren. I have since moved to Methuen, where I live with my long-time partner, He and I met at my first New Construction job at DFI.I started practicing Real Estate in 1986 with Broderick-Lepine in Dracut, then Coutu-Tully in Lowell. This was all just prior to and during the Real Estate crash in the late 80s. The crash brought me to my next adventure into New Construction Sales, which provided more financial security for a single parent with two daughters. For more than 25 years this was my passion, helping families to relax and enjoy the extremely exciting, but stressful process of building a new home. I first started with a Boston-based developer, Diversified Funding Inc. I then moved on from there to manage on-site sales for two of the largest publicly traded New Home Developers in the Nation, Pulte Homes, and Toll Brothers, with a two-year break between them to kick-off two luxury condominiums projects in Boston with The Collaborative Companies. This has provided me with experience and skills that I enjoy implementing for my clients today, extensive market studies to guarantee proper pricing, staging, and marketing to best present my client's homes, realizing the maximum sales price in the shortest amount of time. Projects over the years ranged in locations from Bradford, Methuen & Andover, Stoneham, Waltham, and Quincy, to Ashland, Walpole, and Worcester...and the list goes on! This is why you can depend on me to familiarize myself with your community and present its strengths, amenities, and conveniences as advantages, along with the best features your home has to offer. Prior to transferring back to general Real Estate, I was Managing Director for Addison Wellesley R.E. in Maynard, MA. I was Responsible for all aspects of marketing, sales, and assisting professional designers with the preparation of our Model Homes for our builder's Residential Listings in Acton, Sudbury, and Westin, as well as the Leasing of over 1.5 Million Square Feet of Commercial Office Space in Maynard, Boston, and Woburn.
