Melinda was very knowledgeable and responsive. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was readily available. I felt confident that I was in good hands.
I loved how even if I had a question on the weekend I would get an answer. I loved how easy it was to fill out the documents electronically. I lived the financial advice at the beginning of my search to put me on the right track.
