Melanie went above and beyond for us--she was responsive, absolutely knows her stuff, and walked us through every step of the way. Great experience, and her good relationship with our realtor really made everything smooth and easy.
Getting the 100K equity sure would have been a BIG help! I had to almost drain my IRA to make the 60k down.
