The process was simple and very well taken care of. Melanies team was great all the way around. I like the flochart so i could login weekly and see what steps we were at. Everything was perfect.
You were willing to work with us at a time when we were recovering for the premature death of our son.
Melanie was very responsive and answered all of my questions. Also, her team is pretty on the ball. However, I was not happy when third party providers contacted me directly, especially when I was not notified that this would occur.
