Great communication led to a quick close
Megan had done everything in preparation of the refinance procedure. She was quick to respond to all my inquiries.
There was a long period of time where there wasn’t much communication. This was resolved after a bit, and everything worked out so not a big deal, but because of that, I would t feel comfortable giving the process a “great” rating.
