Hi Sunny, thank you for the feedback. When excluding a debt we advise to cancel auto payments because if a charge it made, we wouldn't be able to exclude the debt.
Megan was great to work with. She was responsive, answered questions and most importantly understood my financial situation and was able to give me the right advice.
