A CLEAR CONCISE LIST, COMPILED BY THE UNDERWRITERS, SPELLING OUT EXACTLY WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE ABSOLUTELY NEEDED, AND WHAT DOCUMENTS MAY BE NEEDED. THAT WOULD ALLOW TIME TO GATHER EVERYTHING AT ONE TIME. RATHER THAN DRAGGING IT OUT
