Initially you think he's a nice guy but then trying to getting in touch with him and it's another story. Multiple phone calls and texts are not returned. I was able to get financing elsewhere with an attentive lender. B

Spencer guiding me through the process of refinancing from start to finish. He broke down all of the information and was sure that I made an informed decision. He took time to meet remotely with me and go through all of my different options....

very very helpful. Spencer McCoy is very good with seniors. Explain every step of the process. Handy for people like me. Not good with computers but he was very patient and kind.
