Closed on time and she was great with communicating.
Maureen was wonderful and always available to walk me through the entire process. Allison, was extremely helpful with the approval process.
Maureen was there every step of the way and responded to all of my questions timely. I had not purchased a home in 28 years and with Maureen’s guidance the process was easy. It was harder not having retail therapy sessions.

She was amazing
Nothing. I just have so many mortgage brokers vying for my clients business, we try to be fair. Maureen did a great job and definitely on the list of persons to potentially use.

Loan was processed quickly and closed on time with no issures!
I'm not sure who was supposed to ask us for 2 month's statements when we wired money but we didn't know until a half-hour from Chapin. We had driven almost 700 miles at that point. No laptop, just my cell phone with me.

We apologize that we did not follow-up for the critical information needed for your loan file until the days prior to closing. Had we followed up earlier, we would have been able to restructure the loan file based on the changed circumstance...
