The process was easy and coordinating from out-of-state was simple.
Maureen made sure my clients loan closed on time and was always responsive to my calls.
After only a month of paying my current bank I’ve been transferred to a new back with no notice and the customer service is extremely terrible. This should’ve been stated prior to closing.
