My only suggestion is communicate with the realtor on rate lock bc I don't know you guys rely on the realty to inform buyer to lock cery confusing.
Maureen was excellent with my byyers, who were in Italy and needed consideration for time zones etc. Maureen was helpful, quick with replies, and very educated on the mortgage options that would serve them best. Thank you, Muareen!
