    Time is of the essence when trying to qualify and buy a new home. I feel a lot of time was wasted because of delays in communicating. Matt could use the help of an assistant to stay on track and return phone calls in a timely manner.

    Better communication and more timely particularly about the terms of the home equity loan and when the closing was going to be.
