Communication and explanation
Great Communication, Expert Advice, Customers Best Interest in mind, Matt looks at it from both sides of the table and also looks at long term ROI so it makes sense for everyone. I would say that Matt is a true trusted advisor.
Matthew was very kind and he worked very fast, this was my first time applying for a loan and he made everything easy to understand!
Communication was excellent and keeping us in the loop as to where our loan process at was very helpful.
