The communication was excellent. The refinance was completed in very short period of time.
My discontent was more the hoops you must jump through to get a loan. I think Matthew and his team did all they could to minimize the hassle.
The ease of the process. We have worked with Matthew is the past and knew what to expect. The worst part of the process was getting our credit unfrozen.
Matthew is really on top of things and makes the whole process pretty easy and quick. As in any refinance there is always a lot of documentation needed, but he made it super easy to get that too him.
Easy, great communication between all parties
Matthew is incredibly nice, always available if I had questions, and quick to respond to my emails. He made this process very smooth for us and we could not be more grateful!
