Congrats on the new place Savannah!
Matthew Rice was very available and kind to answer all of my questions. I felt very comfortable even as a first time buyer. At closing there was not a single number I did not understand.

Communications were always clear and efficient. I appreciated the speed to closing and how streamlined it all felt. Matthew stayed engaged throughout the whole process and answered all of our questions.
