It was impossible to get Matthew on the phone or to get assistance navigating the refinance process. In the end, I'm not sure the low rate was worth this lack of support on a significant financial decision.
Did not do when promised. We had to call to find out what was going on. After closing, cannot reach anyone. Old loan has not been paid off and no refund. Overall experience was not pleasant.
The automated communication I.e.disclosure forms were sometimes confusing and inaccurate., however , communicating directly with the loan officers either by email or phone always resolved any confusion and provided all necessary information....

Everything went off without any issues.
The willingness of writer, underwriter and processor, their patience working to get claim completed.
My experience is obviously not yet over after closing within 24 hours a Mercedes sold or moved my files to another company and that company is really bad you can’t get them on the phone they have not read the closing documents have not paid...
