Having the hma connect portal was great for me. I am not comfortable with sending financial information and PII over unsecured email.
Process was smooth and easy.
Overall it was one of the easiest transactions I’ve had yet, and I have to give some of that credit to HMA!

Communicating there was an issue with underwriting regarding the evaluation of the roof the day prior to closing is not great. But as the Seller's agent I was never informed until our contractor let me know the lender contacted him directly....
