Absolutely amazing team and people. I got a great loan and an amazing house because of it.
Matt was great at the beginning. He helped with all information I needed. Kept up with me in the middle. Then at the end was quick and helpful on everything I needed for the closing. I could not recommend them more. 10/10.
As shared with Matt, it was quite confusing figuring out which Matt I was working with and then to have a 3rd person get involved as well. I understand this situation happens. I suggest giving customers a clearer expectation of what will happen....
