I'd say it was almost an excellent experience. I was disappointed that the underwriter insisted on paying off the three under-$100 balances which were under control and the $300 and $800 balances which also were under control in interest-free...

Hazel was a little different to deal with, not giving me the whole picture up front and being evasive. But overall it was great.
