The communication with your company was poor. I never felt that I new where the process stood.
Had it not been for Matt Carter providing answers to my questions I would have stopped the process of refi.
Matt was great! Very helpful in advising which loan would be best for me and my needs. Answered all of my questions, even when is was the second or third time I asked. Most importantly, he was extremely responsive.

The loan took 2 months to close. I understand that this may have been unavoidable due to the COVID crisis, but it's much longer than I've been accustomed to. Matt was responsive throughout the process.
