Quick close and great service! My buyer was very happy and in his new home for the holiday!

Could have progressed faster. I've never had a mortgage loan so maybe it just takes a while to process everything.

It started to get frustrating asking for little bits of info at a time feom me instead of getting it all up front. Made the process take twice as long and some of the documents i submitted were the correct ones with all the info needed but...

He communicated always in a timely manor and the buyer was a first time home buyer with many unknown concerns but with Matthew's calmness it made it a lot better. Thanks again
