Matthew Engle

.Matthew grew up in El Segundo and carries on his legacy of three generations to love life in the South Bay. After graduating from El Segundo High School, Matthew's love of people and football led him to El Camino College and UC Davis to study psychology and history on a football scholarship. Matthew enjoyed working in sales for several years before his passion for helping people led him to seminary, where he earned a Master's of Divinity degree from Fuller Theological Seminary. For eight years he served as a pastor at The River Church of the South Bay, helping teenagers and their families navigate the dynamic nature of life. He brings his love for serving others and ability to help people through important moments of life transition to the often highly emotional real estate buying and selling experience. His keen listening skills, attention to meeting needs, and competitive drive to offer exceptional care allow him to bring the highest level of professional service to his clients. Matthew, his wife Tara, and their two sons live in the South Bay. They enjoy family picnics at Point Vicente and walk on the Strand with their rescue dog, Holden.
