Matt Wise made this process so comfortable for us. He answered all of our questions immediately. I learned a lot from Matt through this process and am so thankful for his help.
The only way I'll recommend Mi Mutual is if the borrower lives anywhere else but North Carolina. Sean, in Dallas, TX was great but unfortunately isn't licensed in NC. But did the best he legally could do.
