Friendly calm efficient leading up to close. Had a snag closing day. CXM made call late in day by a manager when all was done to listen and ensure I was fully satisfied . Will use again! TY!

It seemed that at the closing there was miscommunication and quite a bit of disorganization. I was surprised since everything except the underwriter and our trust were a big issue.
