Everything was great until closing day..... One of your people told the client that it was OK to bring a Cashier's Check to the closing instead of wiring their portion of the funds needed to close. The closing almost didn't happen that day...

The closing was at 9 am. We waited and waited and waited for the "package from Dayna" it came at 1:30. The Title personnel and realtor and seller were livid. They brought in lunch for us. My 10th closing. The worst. Because of the delay stanley...
