Everything went smoothly. got a good rate. Only negative was that at times I didn't know who to reach out to with questions. There were so many different people involved. Would have liked a central point of contact.

Communication could've been better across the board, transfer of documentation to escrow wasn't as smooth as I couldve imagined overall I'm glad its all over.

Thank you to your whole team. We are pleased with how everything went and the outcome was great. My only comment would be additional verbal walkthrough of the terms of the loan. We did not have our own realtor and so additional hand holding...
