I was looking for conventional loan to close in 2025 but HOA had a lawsuit against it and I was offered a warranty type loan that had to be closed in 2024 and at the last moment loan was allowed to be a conventional loan but for whatever reason...

You made the process very simple. You lived up to what you promised. Very nice staff and knowledgeable they made sure we understood every step of the way.
