Great on the front end, engaged with customer collecting docs getting the preapproval all went well. Buyer had great things to say about Nick.On the closing side, Buyer was taken back at the "fire" items requested just 1-3 days before closing......

Loan processor kept asking over and over for documentation that we had already providef and when reported to senoir management they did nothing absolutely nothing to help us.
