I have a long-term banking relationship with First Bank and Trust but had not worked before with Matt. The entire process was trouble free and very smooth. He addressed every concern that I had along the way.

Matt was great and answered all of our questions well and in a very timely manner, sometimes even minutes after I sent an email. He was very efficient and explained the steps of the process very clearly along the way.
We combined a refinance of existing property with a new mortgage on an additional property. There were a lot of moving parts and important timing issues. Matt brought it all together for a very smooth set of approvals and subsequent closings....
