Matt Pritchett was born in Henrico, raised in Powhatan County, and moved to Richmond City after graduating from East Carolina University with a degree in Architectural Design and Business Administration. Upon his return to the Richmond area he started a career in real estate sales with a top producing team at Keller Williams Realty. Matt spent a decade with this team working as an administrator, transaction coordinator, director of operations, real estate agent, and property manager. His time there helped him gain a unique perspective on how one moves through a real estate transaction and how the home buying process works from start to finish.
