Hannah Katz did an amazing job to get the buyer to the finish line.
Our rates went way higher over the 4 years. This isn't so much the problem, although we aren't happy about it. The issue is that we had to continue paying paying to keep the original rate even after it was clear the house wouldn't be finished....
