I am big on communication and I felt the lines of communication were open during this transaction. I never felt that I needed to chase anyone down for information.
Matt was great in the beginning and the process started very efficiently then it just slowed way down. I locked in my loan on 10/6/20 and did not close until 5/10/21. I had actually given up on ever closing the loan.
Matt was patient with me and took his time to answer my questions.
Refinancing with AnnieMac and Matt was very simple and easy.
The communication was very clear. It made me calm about my options and take a quick decision.

I had to send multiple items several times to multiple people. Everyone was helpful and great at answering questions, it just seemed like there was not a lot of communication between the staff there. Rita was very nice!
