Great Communication
Clear communication and the personal touch
Matt and Sherri made the experience very easy for my wife and I. But the thing that made it great was that they were willing to walk us through each step and explain it as we went.
Texts indicating that I had forms in my inbox to sign was helpful. Mobile notary worked out great. General comms. and status was helpful.
Excellent communication throughout and ability to schedule closing around our vacation.
