He was great to work with..
The team, Matt & Nicole all were fantastic. Escrow closed in 21 days were most banks and lenders take 2 - 3 times longer!
Matthew was very patient with me. I know it took me a long time to get all my paperwork together, etc. He was also very helpful in answering any questions I had.
Even though the underwriters at AFN made things very difficult, Matt did his utmost to help overcome these problems and get the loan funded as soon as possible.
Matt did a great job following up with me and following through with whatever needed. Thanks for the help.
