All of the people I dealt with were very professional. They got the loan done fairly quickly. The only complaint is that they could not honor my "lock in" rate. Apparently, I missed it by a few days.
Matt was amazing, when I first reached out to him it took him hardly few minutes to get back to me with the quote/interest rate etc. Process was very simple.
