Communication! We talked to out insurance office after the fact. He forced them to write a policy that they will not pay the full amount. In fact if something happens they would only pay about 25%. His actions caused the loan payment to go...

We were not given good communication including not having viewed or signed a 2nd revision of pre-closing docs that included an $80 a month increase in our monthly payment. We had no knowledge of this until actually signing the closing papers!...
