Matt and his team made this process smooth by constant communication with me, realtor and title company. Definitely the best experience I have had with a loan.
Meeting the closing date of 4/8 and not over charging me in loan origination fee. I locked my rate at 5.375% and loan fee of 1.643% but closed at 1.759%. How does that happen? I expect someone to review and respond to this over charge.
