I guess instead of when it might close state only a clear to close. Also the fact that a certain loan may need a desk top appraisal requiring additional expense. You also stated you would cover that additional cost.

The whole mortgage process is somewhat overwhelming. Matt and the team did a great job walking me though it all and answering all of my question. Everything was handled in a timely manner and do on time no issues.
