This is the second time I have used Fairway and each time has been a great experience. I will use them again on my next purchase.
Matt clearly laid everything out and continually responded as I changed plans back and forth. He was willing to work with me a bit on various options. In the end him and his team finalized my loan quickly and painlessly.

Everyone was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had. The whole process was very seamless!
Very communicative when necessary. The process was very smooth and easy. I didn’t feel lost at any point in the process. It made the home buying process quick and efficient.
Matt was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. My overall knowledge of the industry is minimal and he explained things thoroughly and felt trust worthy. He gave real wild advice and we appreciated him greatly.
