The communication, care and simplicity of the whole process. I didn't have that much to do and I didn't feel mislead. All while having a lot going on in my life at this time

Matt makes the loan process so user friendly! He explains things before they occur and is always a phone call away to answer even the smallest question. I appreciate his candor and trust he is helping me make the best decision for me.
