Matt was always available to answer questions, he notified me quickly of progress with my loan application and when something needed my attention, and just to check in to reassure me of the progress with my loan.

This experience was sooooo much easier than I expected when going into this. Matt explained everything very thoroughly to the point that I was no longer nervous about the process.
