Received final number last minute. Rate was very high to start and told this was the rate. Eventually rate was lowered. Final numbers did not match what i wired.

I had my pre-approval within 30 mins and the rest of the process from there was smooth. Matt answered all of my questions and stayed in touch throughout the entire process and the processor was very helpful as well.

Felt like I had to jump through so many hoops. Once I thought I was finished, there were more hoops.

Absolutely had a great experience. Matt helped us by answering all of our questions, giving us his professional opinions, and always having our best interest during this entire process. Would definitely work with again and recommend to everyone...
