Mason and his team were very patient with explaining everything to me. They were also very understanding as I changed my mind on some decisions during the process and they worked through the changes with me.
Attention to detail. Took my questions gladly. Was available when needed. Worked quickly to meet closing.
Mason was very professional and his team kept me very well informed. All while working through a tumultuous market and tougher working conditions.
The communication that we received often came after 5:00 p.m. which made it very difficult to take care of the tasks requested. I often had to reach out to get information as well. I just think that the time management was my biggest problem....
