it took way too long to get it done
there were mistakes and delays made all along
system for handling payments to credit card companies poor
on the plus side, everyone persevered to finally get to the finish line
Prolonged processing time, started from beginning of August, did not complete till November 5th, Leonela & Maryna are great, but the Company Services are lacking!

The time and energy they put into this whole process was seamless and the professionalism, care, and understanding made the experience great. Two I was able to get a lower rate which will undoubtedly improve my quality of life.
