    We had to submit all our data twice, email to ask for updates, and resign a bunch of paperwork due to lost submissions and delays. If we could have finished it on the first submission with less back and forth it would have been much better.

    Everything moved very fast and the timing was great to secure a good rate for a jumbo loan. The software for signing docs, etc seemed to work fine.
