Suzy was very helpful working with my property manager as she refinanced my investment property for me. The process was very straightforward and easy. Most of everything was able to be accomplished online or via email.
We were able to close on our house several days early. They helped us gather all the items needed by responding quickly. When there were last min items requested she worked with us to get it all done.
