Marty is great with his timeliness and his communication throughout the process.

Marty always kept in contact - called when he said he would, or at least within a day if something came up. Communication was critical - and he made sure he dis that.

Everytime my husband asked for pre approvals (and there were many in the year that we were trying to find a home) he was on it right away. Then when we finally went to settle and had trouble when the appraiser cancelled on the day of the appraisal...
