Martin and Kim were very transparent and communicative throughout the loan process, and I really appreciated the level of info we got up front to help determine what our loan options were.

Previous loans at other places requested documents all their the process and sometimes multiple times. Requests were often not clear. Marty’s team were efficient and communicated clearly and succinctly. Great experience.
