Michelle was great! and my experience was good.

Marta was a bit hard to get a hold of initially.

Marta was pretty quick with communication if I had a question but overall didn't have much communication with her. Allysha King, the assistant from California who I have worked with previously is absolutely amazing!!!

There was confusion on when our renters could get the house keys. I don’t if that was because we closed the day after a federal holiday or something else. Seemed to be poor communication between you and the Title company.

This whole experience was a bit unorganized and I didn’t appreciate it. The communication was very poor. I really expected more for this being my first experience buying a home.
