Everything was fine except timely communication. At one point I went 3 weeks without correspondence to an email, which can be nerve racking when you’re in the middle of packing and uprooting your life
Very communicative. Always provided answers to any questions I had. Did not have to wait long to receive an answer from Mark. Clearly explained the steps of the loan process and listed the requirements for each one.
